In the Great Hall of Virovitica-Podravina County, Gordana Špehar Hafizović, Head of Service in the Directorate for the Development of Information Systems and Digitalization of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets, held a workshop on the topic of using the ePermit, eConference and eConstruction Diary systems, as well as the issue of submitting applications and entering a project.
The workshops were intended for officials of administrative departments responsible for physical planning and construction of the City of Virovitica and Virovitica-Podravina County, designers, and officials and employees of public law bodies that issue special conditions and conditions of connection in the procedures for issuing building permits in the ePermit system.
The new module of the Physical Planning Information System ISPU - e-Construction Diary is a service intended for monitoring the construction process from the registration of the start of construction to the process of technical inspection of the constructed building, i.e. the issuance of the use permit. The service is fully digitized and enables the management of the Construction Diary electronically. The main goal of keeping the Construction Diary electronically is to raise the level of construction quality and increase the availability of quality information in one place.
The module is connected to already developed modules from the Physical Planning Information System, such as e-Permit, a service that enables the issuance of building permits, i.e. conducting procedures based on the Physical Planning Act and the Construction Act, as well as the eConference module, which represents an improvement of the ePermit system that enables quick coordination with public law bodies in the procedures for issuing building permits.
The module has been in operation since the beginning of 2023.
