Project description: The project systematically upgrades the existing e-services in the field of spatial planning and construction and introduces new e-services of the Physical Planning Information System (ISPU) for citizens and professionals. It includes complex tools and services: Geoportal, ISPU-locator, eEnergy Performance Certificate, eSpatial Inspection, eCatalog, eInvestments, ePermits, ePlans, eReal Estate and eConstruction Log. By introducing e-services for users, equipping employees with client equipment, as well as connecting the procedures of multiple public administration bodies into an integrated information system, the efficiency of public administration will increase, since the process of providing e-services will be shortened and operating costs will be reduced.
Project goal: Increasing the use of information and communication technologies in communication between citizens, entrepreneurs and public administration by upgrading the existing and establishing new complex e-services in the field of construction and spatial planning in accordance with the European Interoperability Framework and the priorities of the e-Croatia 2020 Strategy, which will result in increasing the productivity of the public sector in the Republic of Croatia and the transparency of the spatial planning and construction systems.
